Steven Ma will rent himself out for Valentine's Day

Artiste Steven Ma (馬浚偉) appeared at Tsing Yi (青衣) as a guest for the premiere of a cartoon movie that he helped dubbed. He expressed that this is the first time he dubbed for a movie as well as sang the opening theme song for it. He even specifically recommended himself to voice the antagonist role to broaden his acting career: "I don't want the audience to think that I can only play the good roles well!" He frankly revealed that he was initially worried that his voice is too deep and low and thus unsuitable for dubbing cartoon movies. But luckily the voice-over director, Ding Yu (丁羽), who was also present at the scene, guided him through. Moreover, Uncle Ding Yu had a mouthful of praises for Steven: "He understood really quickly, (Picked on his mistakes?) Just exchanging tips and ideas!"

Speaking of his plan for the lunar new year, Steven revealed that he has a lot of overseas performance on hand and that in the upcoming year, he will be stepping into the food and drink industry: "Recently I've been busy with the construction of my house, my family is also going to soon operate a food and drink business. (A prosperous year?) Just a normal year, I saved the money I earned overseas in exchange for flight tickets, which is enough to treat my family to vacation."

Asked how he would be celebrating Valentine's Day, Steven jokingly said that he's more than happy to become a "rented boyfriend" and have dinner with his lucky lady: "On that day, I will be volunteering, handing out New Year cake to elderly that lives alone. (Will become a rented boyfriend after volunteering?) Okay! (Anyone can rent?) Just someone to eat dinner with!"
